FRAMEWORK

We are developing a framework which allows victims to receive prompt direct assistance from donors, usually within 1-2 days after the terror act.

Currently, key portions of the framework have already been implemented and proven to be highly effective in our current projects.

With the framework fully in place, as soon as a major terror act occurs, the Foundation will take the following steps:

  • An umbrella account is immediately created for the relief funds. Donors can donate to this account right away. Donation list and total amount raised is reflected on the web site in real time.

  • Individual accounts are activated for each recipient as soon as the victim list is available. All the money from the umbrella account is disbursed to the individual accounts hourly. Donors can also donate directly to any of the individual accounts.

  • Debit cards which draw funds from these accounts are distributed to victims who can use the money immediately to cover medical care and other emergency expenses. Recipients also
receive a login and password to their profiles on HelpTerrorVictims.org.

  • Based on the information in victims’ profiles, donors can communicate with victims, offer and provide other direct assistance such as medical services, accommodations, travel, counseling, etc.

  • What makes HelpTerrorVictims.org so unique and efficient is that it provides the framework for help, allowing donors to offer direct assistance with little or no overhead for the Foundation.
