OUR PRINCIPLES

The International Foundation for Terror Act Victims is a grassroots project run by a group of highly qualified volunteers who have worked pro bono since the Foundation was formed in 2002. We take pride in abiding by the following principles:

  • All personal donations made to our victim assistance projects go entirely to the victims. Not a penny is spent on administrative expenses or anything else without donor’s permission.

  • All projects are fully transparent. All donations raised and all distributions paid out are immediately reflected on the Foundation’s web site. At the end of each project, their totals match.

  • We use modern technology to minimize costs and improve project efficiency. Many functions are automated, volunteer work is coordinated electronically, and information about our projects is spread using the latest Internet technologies. Money is raised with virtually no overhead.

  • The Foundation has a unique, unprecedented and proven track record of providing assistance to terror victims with minimum overhead. Its total administrative expenses up to date are in fact less then 1% of the total amount of assistance provided.
